•Implement the AP Group Retail strategy and related guidelines, processes and tools in daily boutique operations.
•Plan, execute and actively participate in events to grow customer networks and strengthen brand presence.
•Forecast sales, assist with budgeting and ensure compliance with internal policies.
•Manage stock including inventories, cash reconciliation and monitoring of outstanding payment terms.
•Lead, coach and develop the team to maintain motivation, capability and achievement of targets.
•Optimize operating processes and planning of staffing to ensure efficient boutique operations.
