Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and expand the client base to increase traffic, market share and profitability of the boutique.
  • •Ensure an exceptional customer experience across the full customer journey with premium product presentation in line with brand guidelines.
  • •Implement the AP Group Retail strategy and related guidelines, processes and tools in daily boutique operations.
  • •Plan, execute and actively participate in events to grow customer networks and strengthen brand presence.
  • •Forecast sales, assist with budgeting and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • •Manage stock including inventories, cash reconciliation and monitoring of outstanding payment terms.
  • •Lead, coach and develop the team to maintain motivation, capability and achievement of targets.
  • •Optimize operating processes and planning of staffing to ensure efficient boutique operations.
