•Lead and coach a team of Software Engineers, guiding career growth and development across various career stages
•Drive high-quality, user-focused eCommerce services by leveraging C# or Java and modern engineering practices
•Champion agile continuous delivery, DevOps, and TDD/BDD to maintain a frictionless, high-quality development environment
•Manage health of the code base, refactoring, and technical debt and promote secure, scalable software practices
•Collaborate with product, design, security, customer success and operations to deliver reliable, scalable commerce platforms

Key Requirements

•10+ years of combined software development and management experience across multiple frontend technologies and frameworks
•2+ years of experience managing a team of engineers and participating in the entire employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, performance management and employee development
•Experience in building scalable microservices
•Experience in building large scale distributed systems and data pipelines
•BS degree in CS or equivalent work experience
