Lead Engineer-Structures (Rail)

Perform moderate portions of structural engineering assignments for rail projects, gathering and correlating engineering data with established procedures and running routine calculations and tests. Propose approaches to solve new problems using modified standard methods, identify discrepancies, and independently complete key design elements. Work with minimal supervision, manage execution against budget and schedule, and provide guidance to entry-level engineers.
