Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and lead lease negotiations for new leases, renewals, extensions, or terminations with landlords and property managers.
  • •Manage legal review processes and administer lease documents, filing, record-keeping, and the lease contact database.
  • •Conduct market research to identify store locations and develop regional expansion strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • •Oversee end-to-end project management for store openings, relocations, and renovations, coordinating workflows with contractors and vendors.
  • •Support Director Retail with rent budgeting and cost control, manage vendor/service contracts, maintain facilities to company standards, and report KPIs related to lease management and store development.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a similar role or a background in legal, financial, or construction fields.
  • •University degree, preferably in Business Development & Construction or Legal.
  • •Fluent English.
  • •High proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • •Strong negotiation, contract management, stakeholder handling, and analytical, solution-oriented project management.
