Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary L2 escalation point for SharePoint Online and OneDrive tickets that L1 cannot resolve.
  • •Triage, investigate, and troubleshoot incidents and service requests involving SharePoint sites (lists, libraries, permissions) and OneDrive sync, storage, and sharing issues.
  • •Perform root-cause analysis for recurring or complex issues and recommend or implement permanent fixes.
  • •Manage SharePoint Online site permissions, access requests, sharing settings, and site administration using SharePoint Admin Center and PowerShell.
  • •Monitor service health dashboards, update and resolve tickets within SLA/OLA targets, and escalate complex issues to L3/engineering or Microsoft support as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •4–8 years of relevant experience providing SharePoint Online and OneDrive operational or technical support.
  • •Hands-on administration experience with SharePoint Online (sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and site collections) via the SharePoint Admin Center.
  • •Experience supporting OneDrive for Business, including sync client troubleshooting, sharing/permissions, storage quotas, and known folder move issues.
  • •Proficiency with PowerShell for administration and troubleshooting, including PnP PowerShell and SharePoint Online Management Shell.
  • •Experience using an ITSM/ticketing platform with SLA management and escalation workflows (e.g., Wolken or similar).
