Supervise and coordinate repair and maintenance activities for down-hole, electronic, and surface equipment across one or more product lines. Maintain equipment to global maintenance standards, mentor employees, and oversee training and development of technicians. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and safety procedures during repair work, manage parts and supplies inventory for timely maintenance, and drive continuous improvement of shop processes.
