Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the programme controls function, monitoring accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment, and performance reporting.
  • •Develop realistic, resourceable programme plans by reviewing new project proposals/remits.
  • •Identify resourcing requirements for the programme and coordinate with planning functions to resolve resourcing issues.
  • •Provide efficient day-to-day reporting service to programme and project managers across plans, costs, safety, environment, and performance.
  • •Manage production of the Investment Plan and ensure compliance with the Investment Competence Framework, including governance of data input standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Project Controls experience across the project lifecycle and experience in two or more disciplines (Planning & Scheduling, Cost Estimation, Cost Management, Risk Management, or Reporting).
  • •Advanced understanding of Integrated Project Controls disciplines and the ability to assess organisational maturity and ways of working.
  • •Ability to lead, influence, manage, motivate, coach, and develop teams and organisations while promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • •Have a degree in a relevant technical or management field or suitable equivalent qualifications and experience.
  • •Be able to achieve and maintain UK MoD Security Clearance (SC) as a SOLE UK National (already holding SC is desirable).
