Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategy execution to align local site merchandising with global digital strategies
•Develop and execute a short-to-mid term vision for the onsite customer experience and identify key touchpoints for enhancement
•Demonstrate technical and analytical excellence by leveraging tools and systems within the digital ecosystem
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Marketing, Commercial and global teams to align digital sites with campaigns and initiatives
•Support system enhancements and CMS-based innovations to improve platform capabilities
•Adopt a data-driven approach to performance management, analyze campaign and trading performance, and implement process improvements for digital operations
•Lead data-driven optimisation by analyzing customer behavior across devices, conducting testing, reporting, and KPI monitoring to continuously improve the site

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in digital site merchandising and optimisation within a global organisation, with a strong understanding of data driven merchandising and KPI ownership
•Experience in web analytics, with hands-on experience using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics (GA), Amplitude, or Content Square for in-depth user behavior analysis and reporting
•Highly proactive and adaptable work style, capable of independently managing tasks, identifying opportunities, and navigating ambiguity
•Proven ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
