Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and validate capacity models and capital plans to support cost-effective factory loading needs.
  • •Coordinate tool installation and location with facilities personnel and area engineers.
  • •Apply AI and industrial engineering/data engineering skills to master data modeling, advance capacity optimization, and optimize capital scheduling.
  • •Deploy project management and constraint debottlenecking strategies to facilitate factory achievement of manufacturing statement commitments.
  • •Present factory constraints using effective visualization methods, collaborate with stakeholders on trade-offs, and deliver efficient outcomes for self and teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer engineering or related fields.
  • •Demonstrated at least 2 years of leadership skills (e.g., in university or co-curricular activities).
  • •Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in M365 apps such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • •Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI-driven solutions (e.g., Generative AI, Agentic AI, chatbots, automation), plus prior programming work using Gen AI tools.
