Senior Machine Learning Systems Engineering Manager - AI & ML Platform

Lead engineering for Atlassian’s AI & ML Platform, building and operating foundational infrastructure for generative LLMs, GPU-accelerated model serving, data access/training, and production feature stores. Partner with product, search, and technical program teams to plan and execute platform roadmap in a rapidly evolving AI domain. Build and coach teams, raise technical standards, and drive continuous improvement while influencing how the company best uses the platform.
