Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.
  • •Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, and decision accountability.
  • •Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
  • •Prepare concise decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
  • •Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early and help leadership make sharper trade-offs.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience driving strategic execution across teams in a startup or similar environment.
  • •Excellent judgement, communication, prioritization, and follow-through.
  • •Ability to work with founders/CEOs/leadership and senior external stakeholders.
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguity with limited guidance while going from high-level strategy to detailed execution.
  • •Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills; fintech/financial services or regional expansion experience is a strong advantage.
