Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a Finance Data & Analytics team, including recruiting, coaching, and retaining talent.
  • •Ensure delivery against SLAs and KPIs for finance, operational, and people-related reporting across regions and functions.
  • •Build and maintain strategic data assets (standardized data models, curated datasets, reporting layers) to enable scalable analytics and self-service reporting.
  • •Design, build, and implement automation solutions (including VBA and workflow automation) to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
  • •Manage MEC, forecast, and plan reporting and provide insight summaries in response to urgent inquiries, including project managing improvement and automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Finance, Economics, Data/Business Analytics or a related field.
  • •Strong analytical and technical skills to translate business questions into data and automation solutions.
  • •Working knowledge of accounting and other financial management processes.
  • •Advanced Excel knowledge, including Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
  • •Hands-on experience with Databricks plus SQL/relational databases and BI/data visualization tools such as Power BI.
