Job Summary

Lead and develop a Finance Data & Analytics team, partnering with global business leaders to deliver accurate, timely reporting and insightful analysis. Build strategic data assets and deliver automation solutions (including VBA and workflow automation) to streamline end-to-end processes. Manage service levels and KPIs across finance, operational and people-related reporting, including MEC/forecast/plan reporting, while driving continuous improvement in data quality and self-service analytics.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a Finance Data & Analytics team, including recruiting, coaching, and retaining talent.
•Ensure delivery against SLAs and KPIs for finance, operational, and people-related reporting across regions and functions.
•Build and maintain strategic data assets (standardized data models, curated datasets, reporting layers) to enable scalable analytics and self-service reporting.
•Design, build, and implement automation solutions (including VBA and workflow automation) to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
•Manage MEC, forecast, and plan reporting and provide insight summaries in response to urgent inquiries, including project managing improvement and automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

•A degree in Finance, Economics, Data/Business Analytics or a related field.
•Strong analytical and technical skills to translate business questions into data and automation solutions.
•Working knowledge of accounting and other financial management processes.
•Advanced Excel knowledge, including Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
•Hands-on experience with Databricks plus SQL/relational databases and BI/data visualization tools such as Power BI.
