•Define and own a multi-year AI roadmap for post-sales, including capabilities like suggested responses, knowledge article generation, case summarization, sentiment detection and next-best-action recommendations
•Reimagine support workflows with AI agents and copilots as default participants to drive proactive service
•Lead transition from reactive case management to predictive, proactive service and establish governance for responsible and secure AI deployment
•Architect scalable conversational AI platforms for chat, voice and digital channels and oversee implementation of AI solutions using modern AI-native platforms
•Drive closed-loop feedback into Product and Engineering to continuously improve AI training, containment, and escalation patterns

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience leading AI adoption and implementation at scale in large, complex companies
•Product management experience in IT, including discovery, roadmaps, and delivery metrics
•Strong technical depth in post-sales and customer success platforms, enterprise data, AI-native workflows, and enterprise integration
•Strategic leadership and excellent stakeholder management, with demonstrated ability to drive business value through AI
•Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred
