Job Summary

Engineering Manager leading a team of up to 6 engineers in Orchestration & Automation, guiding end-to-end delivery across backend, frontend, platform, and product. You’ll collaborate with Product, Platform, SRE and QE, shape roadmaps, drive modern tech standards, contribute hands-on when needed, and develop staff to meet senior staff and staff engineer levels while ensuring high availability and reliability of systems.

•Shape the team roadmap with product management and internal discovery and delivery processes.
•Guide a technical roadmap to ensure modern standards and best practices, contributing to frontend, backend or platform work.

•Minimum 3 years experience in an Engineering Manager or technical leadership role, guiding both projects and teams.

•Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams across various functions.
•Familiarity with agile methodologies for daily team organization.
