Job Summary

Lead enterprise deployment and adoption of a unified Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across manufacturing locations. Manage a team that defines and prioritizes standardized factory requirements, maintains multi-year roadmaps, and owns post-go-live training and hypercare/support. Partner with Digital Technology and enterprise program teams to align capacity, manage S/4HANA dependencies, and integrate upstream PLM structures into the MES core layer while driving process transformation and acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead requirements governance by defining, organizing, and prioritizing standardized factory functionalities while minimizing custom site logic.
•Maintain and optimize a multi-year deployment schedule to ensure sites are operationally ready for system implementation.
•Design, deploy, and manage long-term training and post-go-live hypercare/support structures for shop-floor adoption.
•Partner with Digital Technology leadership to align capacity against operational deployment timelines and functional requirements.
•Manage, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team and drive cross-functional acceptance of unified standardized capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
•5+ years of leadership experience within manufacturing operations, engineering, or technology sectors.
•Experience delivering large-scale technology deployments, digital transformations, or organizational change initiatives.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Management, or Business Administration; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
•Experience with MES (Solumina, Siemens), PLM (Teamcenter/Windchill), or ERP (SAP & SAP S/4Hana) ecosystems, plus project management across complex enterprise timelines.
