Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (eMtJC) and execute well-site activities from the remote hub.
  • •Conduct pre-job planning (meetings, procedures, simulations) and coordinate real-time data monitoring of job execution.
  • •Cascade operational decisions/updates from the well site to all parties, engage focal points for appropriate actions, and provide technical support before/after operations.
  • •Monitor daily well-site activities, review field reports or job status updates, identify potential issues, and address or escalate as needed.
  • •Prepare post-job reports for the customer, capture lessons learned and KPIs, support peer reviews, and provide 24/7 support for critical operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or global equivalent) in STEM, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with an analytical approach to problem solving.
  • •Prior field experience in the product line, with strong IT skills for remote monitoring and support.
  • •Ability to multitask with technical equipment and learn digital oilfield skills and transmission protocols.
  • •Motivated and results-focused, including the courage to stop work when unsafe conditions are encountered.
