Job Summary

Lead and build a first-line engineering team in an AI-native, workflow automation environment. You’ll drive execution with speed and sound technical judgment across two enterprise-focused areas: Governance & Observability and Licence & Billing. Partner with Product and Design, create clarity for evolving priorities, coach engineers to grow in ownership, and step hands-on when technical depth is needed to unblock delivery, scalability, and reliability.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years as a first-line Engineering Manager, directly leading engineers in a growing product organization while balancing execution, quality, and team health.
•Domain experience leading teams in Billing & licensing (subscriptions, billing, payments, metering, licensing/entitlements) or Governance & observability (audit logging, monitoring/observability, admin/access controls, compliance features).
•Strong people leadership: coaching, clear feedback, career growth support, and handling hard conversations with empathy, honesty, and accountability.
•Hands-on software engineering background to mentor engineers and assess technical trade-offs, plus comfort stepping into technical details or code to unblock when needed.
•Cross-functional alignment with Product and Design to turn different perspectives into a clear path forward, ideally with high-growth SaaS experience.
