Job Summary

Lead financial planning and reporting for a manufacturing plant operating unit under the Plant Controller. Own annual operating plan development, weekly/monthly actuals and forecast reporting, variance analysis, and scenario studies. Drive continuous improvement in financial planning systems, support month-end close (including journal entries, SAP, and FAC review), and provide oversight of operational BOM accuracy and internal controls to ensure accurate financial performance.

•Lead Annual Operating Plan development, including product cost standards updates and applicable AOP schedules.
•Provide weekly and monthly reporting of actual and forecasted costs to unit and plant manufacturing management.
•Analyze variances to target for direct expenses and report variance breakdowns and unit KPI drivers regularly.
•Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, SAP responsibilities, FAC review, and monthly reporting.
•Establish and maintain internal controls, ensure inventory controls are effective, and audit operational BOM accuracy throughout the year.

Salary: USD 89,800 - 112,200 annually
