Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the multi-year Application Security (AppSec) product roadmap aligned with enterprise risk appetites and evolving threats.
  • •Partner with Security Engineering Enablement and Architecture to translate security requirements into scalable developer workflows.
  • •Lead strategic evaluation of AppSec security tools (SAST/DAST/SCA) to maximize ROI and maintain a best-in-class toolset.
  • •Define AI-application security product strategy, including secure AI agent integration into the SDLC, prompt guardrails, and automated remediation pipelines.
  • •Establish operational governance for vulnerability disposition (SAST/DAST/OffSec), including SLAs, audit trails, and exception workflows that preserve velocity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 229,900 - 262,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology.
  • •At least 3 years of experience translating cybersecurity strategy and analysis into product requirements.
  • •At least 3 years of application security experience.
  • •High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
  • •Product security experience managing AppSec products in a large-scale enterprise, plus experience across AI-augmented development and cloud-native environments (APIs, Web, Mobile, Containers, IaC, CI/CD).
