Key Responsibilities

•Own onboarding/offboarding workflows end‑to‑end and ensure smooth IT access provisioning for new hires and leavers.
•Handle IT oncall shifts autonomously (40-60% of work days) and resolve issues that do not require engineer input.
•Contribute to build projects (MDM improvements, compliance documentation, self‑service tooling) with guidance from senior teammates.
•Manage day-to-day IT operations issues (equipment, SaaS access, account provisioning) and maintain a positive employee IT experience.
•Develop documentation and knowledge sharing to reduce bus factor and enable future automation improvements.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years IT operations experience (or strong internship/student association background in a tech environment): Device management (MDM — Kandji, Jamf, or Intune), SaaS administration, basic identity & access management (Google Workspace, SSO)
•macOS fluency: Comfortable troubleshooting macOS at scale and understands the Apple ecosystem (Apple Business Manager, DEP enrollment)
•Operational reflexes: Ability to triage issues, communicate with users during incidents, and escalate appropriately; oncall or production support experience (or equivalent)
•Documentation mindset: Writes clear, structured documentation and treats knowledge as a shared asset
•Learning velocity: Quickly picks up new tools/processes; able to ramp without knowing our exact stack
