Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish, oversee, and continuously improve end-to-end hyperscaler marketplace operational processes, including private offer management and third-party integrations.
  • •Own operational execution of hyperscaler funding initiatives (AWS SCA, MPOPP; GCP MCCP), including milestone tracking, deal registration, claim workflows, and commit management.
  • •Serve as primary relationship owner for the hyperscaler technology ecosystem (Salesforce partner objects, Tackle.io, and hyperscaler PRM configurations) while administering tools to maintain health and data integrity.
  • •Act as the escalation point for complex private offer, co-sell, and billing issues spanning multiple systems or stakeholders; coordinate with internal teams on accuracy and scalability.
  • •Design and govern hyperscaler operational processes and runbooks, enable cross-functional execution, and build AI agents to automate repetitive workflows and reduce cycle time.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience owning cloud marketplace operations and hyperscaler-related workflows.
  • •Hands-on experience with Tackle.io (or equivalent hyperscaler cloud marketplace management platforms for AWS and GCP).
  • •Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including partner objects, opportunity management, and basic administration.
  • •Deep familiarity with AWS and GCP marketplace mechanics (private offers, CPPO/MCPO structures, co-sell registration, and billing/disbursement workflows).
  • •Direct experience managing hyperscaler funding initiatives (SCA, MPOPP, MCCP) and familiarity with co-sell structures (AWS ACE, GCP Partner Advantage).
