Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with customers and business partners to support proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration across a program portfolio.
  • •Examine proposal requirements, analyze terms and conditions for risk, and review Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for completeness and accuracy.
  • •Process contractual documentation and reports; advise management on contractual rights and obligations; compile and analyze data and maintain historical contract information.
  • •Facilitate shipment, billing, and payment collection and interface with DCMA as required.
  • •Prepare weekly/monthly reports and support related agreements, memoranda, and export license needs; interpret FAR guidelines and manage flow downs.

Key Requirements
