Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement complex, high-quality features across the full stack: backend services, APIs, lambdas, and frontend.
•Promote and enforce AI-first workflows, starting with agent prompts and rigorous evaluation of AI-generated output.
•Lead AI-assisted code review standards and model best practices for the team.
•Lead small to medium-sized technical initiatives: provide direction, surface dependencies early, and keep stakeholders informed.
•Mentor and develop junior engineers through code review, pairing, and direct feedback.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 195,000 annually
