Software Engineer GenAI (Hybrid, ROU)

Join the GenAI team to build and scale an internal Generative AI Platform. You’ll design and implement cloud-native backend services (in Golang) that power RAG knowledge retrieval and agentic workflows, operate secure LLM deployments across cloud and on-prem, and create high-performance document processing pipelines. Partner with internal teams to gather requirements, build reusable platform components, and own features end-to-end from design through deployment and operation.
