Job Summary

Lead in-house and outsourced facilities management across building structure, roadscapes, infrastructure, and MEP systems (including HVAC) with an emphasis on energy conservation and preventive maintenance. Support and oversee the Topgolf-Abu Dhabi facilities team for venue upkeep, repairs, and replacement of equipment and game system technologies. Coordinate with maintenance/ground operations and IT as needed, monitor PPM schedules and equipment use, manage departmental budgets and spare inventory, and supervise and develop facilities associates.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all aspects of in-house and outsourced facilities management, including physical structure, infrastructure, electronic systems, and MEP (HVAC and related equipment) with preventive maintenance focus.
•Lead Topgolf-Abu Dhabi facilities team venues and grounds, ensuring overall maintenance, repair/replacement of equipment, and housekeeping for guest and support areas.
•Coordinate venue maintenance and operational issues with external Topgolf teams and building/ground maintenance operations; coordinate with IT when required.
•Monitor preventive maintenance schedules, equipment operation and proper use, departmental budgets, and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment.
•Coach and develop the facilities team; delegate and follow up on task completion; maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

•Responsible for in-house and outsourced facilities management, including building structure, infrastructure, and MEP systems (HVAC and related equipment).
•Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, fire suppression, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil maintenance tasks.
•Experience monitoring and maintaining preventive maintenance programs, schedules, and asset management cost implications.
•Ability to create maintenance reports and business correspondence using a computer system, with clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
•Ability to hire, train, supervise, and motivate the maintenance team while maintaining safety, health, and environmental policies.
