Key Responsibilities

•Lead 3-4 concurrent global new product introduction programs, overseeing integrated hardware, firmware, and/or software, and/or mechanical product development in an Agile development manner.
•Develop and maintain project release roadmaps, schedules, and budgets using MS Project or Smart Sheets, ensuring delivery within defined scope, cost, and time targets.
•Direct multi-disciplinary cross-functional engineering and operations teams (10-15+ across multiple sites), ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution.
•Define program scope and manage change control, including negotiations with stakeholders on program contracts and scope variations.
•Drive commercialization success, ensuring products meet ROI, cost, and business objectives while balancing technical feasibility; identify and mitigate risks to improve outcomes.
