Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead 3–4 concurrent global new product introduction programs, overseeing integrated hardware, firmware, software, and/or mechanical development in an Agile environment.
  • •Develop and maintain release roadmaps, schedules, and budgets using MS Project or smart sheets to meet scope, cost, and time targets.
  • •Direct cross-functional engineering and operations teams (10–15+ across multiple sites), ensuring alignment and timely execution.
  • •Define program scope and manage change control, including stakeholder negotiations on contracts and scope variations.
  • •Drive commercialization success (ROI, cost, and business objectives), mitigate risks, coordinate supply chain/manufacturing readiness, and report status to senior leadership.
