Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and/or self-perform hazardous building material and industrial hygiene projects for private and public-sector clients.
  • •Provide technical and regulatory leadership throughout project lifecycle for hazardous building material and industrial hygiene work.
  • •Develop proposals, including work scope, budgets, and schedules for surveys/design/abatement and related industrial hygiene projects.
  • •Oversee and review technical work, field activities, reports, work plans, and technical memorandums to confirm compliance with scope, budget, schedule, and standards.
  • •Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and support internal and external sales to grow the business.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 8 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Technical experience related to hazardous building material (asbestos, lead paint, etc.).
  • •Industrial hygiene, mold, or indoor air quality experience.
  • •40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training and EPA AHERA Asbestos Inspector certification.
  • •New England state-specific asbestos licenses/certifications (MA, ME, NH, CT) or eligibility to obtain; valid driver’s license.
