Key Responsibilities

  • •Support a portfolio of large employers with designing, implementing, and evolving their Lifelens platform.
  • •Act as a trusted technical contact for Lifelens functionality, helping manage and enhance the platform for clients.
  • •Assess change requests by gathering detailed requirements, documenting changes, and ensuring key deliverables are met.
  • •Take overall responsibility for configuration and testing of new builds and ad-hoc change requests.
  • •Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver an efficient, accurate service and maintain communication with client relationship managers and client teams.
