Job Summary

Lead Vestcom’s Operations organization by setting strategic direction for operations and customer experience teams. Drive on-time, in-full delivery and measurable improvements across financial performance, quality, service, safety, inventory, and employee engagement. Own operational goals and KPIs, implement world-class practices, and develop multi-site succession plans. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to advance manufacturing processes and align with annual and strategic planning.

•Provide strategic direction and vision for Operations functions and the customer experience teams on the Vestcom leadership team.
•Ensure on-time, in-full delivery and year-to-year improvement across financial, quality, service, safety, employee engagement, inventory, and organizational development.
•Lead achievement of all financial and operational goals and KPIs, implementing world-class operating practices.
•Maintain environmental, health and safety focus and drive a safety-first culture with employee engagement.
•Develop operating models and succession plans, lead multi-function, multi-site leadership, and run regular business reviews with action plans to drive profitable growth.

Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 310,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of Operations experience, including site management and multi-functional organizational initiatives.
•Four-year college degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
•P&L management experience and experience with planning & forecasting.
•Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to hold teams accountable for performance.
•Proven leadership with planning, organizing, project management, and strategy implementation skills, including capital and expense budgeting.

Education:Bachelor's in Business Administration (or related degree)
