Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full responsibility for electrical works throughout the entire project lifecycle from design, procurement, construction to commissioning and handover.
  • •Participate in design reviews and optimize electrical system solutions for reliability, cost-effectiveness, and maintainability.
  • •Prepare electrical technical specifications for tendering and participate in supplier assessments and bid evaluations.
  • •Track manufacturing and delivery progress of key equipment such as HV/LV switchgear, transformers, and UPS.
  • •Supervise on-site electrical installation and testing; organize energization, commissioning, integrated testing, and handover deliverables such as as-built drawings and O&M manuals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems and Automation, Building Electrical, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience, preferably with full-cycle electrical project management in data center, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing plant projects.
  • •Familiar with end-to-end electrical system management from design, tendering, procurement, installation, to commissioning.
  • •Experience preparing electrical technical RFPs and evaluating suppliers.
  • •Familiar with power system codes and utility connection application processes, with strong communication and independent decision-making ability.
