Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and deliver the next generation of Adyen’s Knowledge platform, enabling AI-native intelligent and contextual knowledge delivery.
  • •Design, configure, and orchestrate AWS serverless pipelines to ingest documentation from headless CMS and Git repositories.
  • •Define graph schemas and ontologies, and write highly optimized, idempotent queries to update and query the graph database.
  • •Collaborate with technical writers, product managers, engineering, and a dedicated cloud team to ensure secure, resilient infrastructure deployments.
  • •Contribute to engineering excellence through code reviews and mentoring, fostering a culture of excellence and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep production experience with Python and serverless orchestration on AWS.
  • •Proficiency with graph databases, specifically Neo4j and Cypher, and the ability to design and evolve data ontologies.
  • •Experience building robust content-ingestion/ETL pipelines from Git or headless CMS into graph databases.
  • •Experience designing performant retrieval APIs, with knowledge of GraphRAG patterns or vector embedding integration (e.g., via Amazon Bedrock) as a strong plus.
  • •Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code with Pulumi and collaboration with cloud platform teams managing container workloads (Amazon EKS/Kubernetes).
