Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day relationships with key partners, run partner cadence, navigate escalations, and grow partnership value and joint pipeline.
  • •Build and scale the partner program via partner tiers, enablement programs, operating models, and KPI dashboards.
  • •Contribute partnership strategy and direction using market dynamics, competitive positioning, and partner performance.
  • •Be accountable for partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, partner activation, and retention.
  • •Drive partner enablement and activation, including onboarding, enabling, and supporting partners to sell and deliver independently.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in partnerships, consulting, implementation, or delivery, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI/automation.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Track record managing and growing partner/client relationships with measurable impact (revenue, pipeline, or delivery outcomes).
  • •Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • •Comfort in fast-paced, cross-functional execution with strong analytical, data-driven decision-making.
