Key Responsibilities

•Deliver exceptional product quality by merging innovative manufacturing techniques with early-stage material explorations to develop novel construction methods.
•Partner closely with the Materials team to leverage early-stage material explorations and select fabrics, trims, and components based on performance data and functional requirements.
•Move beyond standard 2D/3D documentation by physically validating concepts through hands-on prototyping and creating physical samples to prove feasibility.
•Validate fit, sizing, and ergonomics through a biomechanical lens to optimize performance and comfort.
•Create, refine, and enforce a flawless standard for Tech Packs and BOMs within the PLM system and manage the overall product development calendar to ensure timely delivery of seasonal ranges.

•10+ years of experience focused on accessories development for technical bags
•Proven track record in sports and high-end performance gear
•Extensive background in technical bags and packs
•Proficiency with PLM systems and Adobe Illustrator for design translation
•Global sourcing experience with world-class manufacturers and strict QA discipline
