Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver exceptional product quality by merging innovative manufacturing techniques with early-stage material explorations to develop novel construction methods.
  • •Partner closely with the Materials team to leverage early-stage material explorations and select fabrics, trims, and components based on performance data and functional requirements.
  • •Move beyond standard 2D/3D documentation by physically validating concepts through hands-on prototyping and creating physical samples to prove feasibility.
  • •Validate fit, sizing, and ergonomics through a biomechanical lens to optimize performance and comfort.
  • •Create, refine, and enforce a flawless standard for Tech Packs and BOMs within the PLM system and manage the overall product development calendar to ensure timely delivery of seasonal ranges.
