Job Summary

Customize, personalize, and repair Levi’s® garments in-store as part of the Tailor Shop team. Meet customer needs by taking measurements, altering denim leg lengths, and personalizing jackets with patches or studs. After tailoring, support the shop floor with sales and exceptional customer service, including scheduling and coordinating appointments. Coordinate smoothly with other Tailors, Sales Stylists, and Store Management to keep operations running.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand customer needs by customizing Levi’s® products on the shop floor or taking measurements for leg alterations.
•Support the shop floor team with sales and deliver exceptional customer service once tailoring duties are complete.
•Provide customer service along with scheduling and coordination of appointments.
•Communicate with other Tailors, Sales Stylists, and Store Management to ensure smooth store operations.

Key Requirements

•Previous tailoring experience and ideally retail experience.
•Ability to sew and stitch to a high standard.
•Creative thinking and an ability to think outside of the box.
•Offer exceptional customer service while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
•Passionate about the brand and living the company values.
