Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct employment services to vulnerable refugees and other LEP-eligible clients.
  • •Work with the employment team to strategize for employment placements.
  • •Use online tools and resources to find job openings and help clients with online job applications, including follow-up as needed.
  • •Prepare client resumes and help teach job readiness workshop classes to small groups.
  • •Maintain timely reporting and documentation and uphold client confidentiality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 19 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Provide direct employment services to vulnerable refugees and other LEP-eligible clients.
  • •1 year minimum professional experience in employment services or case management (preferred).
  • •Experience working with diverse populations; familiarity with the needs of refugees and immigrants (strongly preferred).
  • •Strong Christian faith and ability to affirm/acknowledge World Relief’s Core Beliefs and Statement of Faith.
  • •Valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and ability to pass MVR standards.
