  • •After training, take full responsibility for laminating high-quality packaging films.
  • •Independently start up, operate, and control the machines.
  • •Troubleshoot problems and think proactively about solutions.
  • •Contribute actively to process improvements and efficient production.
  • •Work in a 3-shift system (Monday to Friday).

Key Requirements

  • •Complete a thorough training period and then take full responsibility for laminating high-quality packaging films.
  • •Ability to independently start up, operate, and check the machines.
  • •Be able to identify problems and think along with solutions.
  • •Flexible in handling changing tasks and best working both independently and in a team.
  • •Good color vision and willingness to work in a 3-shift system (Monday to Friday), with fluent Dutch in speaking and writing.
