Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Manage systematic trading strategies and manual trade execution.
•Follow daily market sentiment, continuous monitor risk exposure and P&L.
•Conduct post trade analysis of trading strategy's performance.
•Work with developers to build and drive the continual improvement of world-class risk management and trading tools.
•Monitor and adjust risk controls to maintain performance.

Key Requirements

•Degree in a relevant area (Mathematics/Physics/Engineering/Computer Science/Finance) from a top university.
•Experience in systematic trading in crypto or traditional FX markets is preferred.
•Experience in cryptocurrency products is a plus.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make rational decisions under pressure.
•High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
