Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate global assortment into a locally relevant cluster assortment.
  • •Own sales forecasting (E2/Budget by collection) and define product investment strategy aligned to OTB and commercial priorities.
  • •Monitor weekly performance, identify risks/opportunities, and drive action plans to maximize full-price sell-through and optimize inventory.
  • •Lead category reviews and ensure alignment across merchandising, marketing, retail training, VM, and sales operations.
  • •Manage pricing and product lifecycle, including end-of-season exit strategies, and maintain disciplined merchandising processes and ways of working.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain.
  • •5–8+ years experience across merchandising, planning, allocation, or demand planning.
  • •Proven experience managing Open-to-Buy (OTB).
  • •2–3 years experience in team management and talent development.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate data into clear recommendations and actions.
