  • •Support capture and influence by shaping requirements before RFP release and pre-wiring Salesforce’s mission value proposition with DIB stakeholders.
  • •Serve as a peer-level advisor to DOW and DIB leadership with deep understanding of Services and industry.
  • •Develop “Mission Plays” frameworks to address specific DOW problems, from personnel readiness to real-time asset tracking.
  • •Coordinate with System Integrators and mission partners to ensure Salesforce integrates into broader digital battlefield architecture.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience working within or directly supporting the Department of War (DOW), including understanding hierarchy and funding flows (FYDP).
  • •Translate military operational requirements into digital transformation strategies.
  • •Experience in Federal business development or capture management, winning large-scale DOW programs.
  • •Understand SaaS, Data Clouds, and AI well enough to explain why a platform approach beats legacy “built-from-scratch” systems.
  • •Active Secret clearance required (TS/SCI preferred).
