Key Responsibilities

•Lead safety practices and enforce an accident-free culture, ensuring compliance with safety standards on job sites.
•Direct Data Center Construction Operations, developing project plans, installation strategies, and site logistics; maintain 5-week lookahead schedules and labor forecasts.
•Ensure technical excellence and standards compliance (ANSI/TIA, BICSI, NEBS); lead testing and commissioning activities (OTDR, meter validation, labeling, quality control).
•Lead, mentor, and develop field teams (100+ technicians), including hiring, training, performance reviews, and career development.
•Be the customer’s trusted onsite partner by coordinating with the client, attending site walks and milestone reviews, and proactively addressing workflow and installation challenges.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED required.
•3–5+ years of supervisory experience on largescale structured cabling or data center construction projects.
•Experience managing large, dispersed field teams (100+).
•Data center new build or retrofit experience strongly preferred; union telecom crews experience preferred.
•OSHA30, BICSI Technician (TECH) and/or BICSI RCDD certifications preferred; ability to obtain OSHA30 within 6 months if needed.
