Provide basic physical labor for the placement and finishing of concrete, ensuring the finished product meets architectural specifications and follows structural concrete principles. Assist gunite crew with jobsite setup and breakdown, including protecting surrounding property and the environment. Operate power equipment and hand tools safely, comply with health and safety requirements, and work toward training/transition to become a Nozzleman.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure health and safety standards are met by complying with legislation and company policies and promoting a safe work environment.
•Report to work on time when scheduled.
•Safely operate power equipment and hand tools while performing duties in conformance with safety standards and structural concrete principles.
•Assist gunite crew with placement of plastic to protect surrounding equipment and work areas, and with jobsite setup/breakdown.
•Work to ensure the finished product meets the architectural specifications.

•Ability and willingness to learn how to read and follow blueprints.
