Job Summary

Delivery Solutions Architect sits at the intersection of technical delivery and commercialization, acting as a trusted advisor to customers to design, implement, and scale data and AI solutions. You lead post-sales architecture reviews, optimize performance and costs, and coordinate with professional services, sales, and engineering to accelerate adoption of the Databricks Platform across strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead design and guidance for post-sales architecture reviews, enabling use cases from development to go-live and addressing technical challenges.
•Serve as internal/external point of contact for production/go-live status of use cases and coordinate across multiple teams.
•Drive growth within assigned accounts by leading stakeholder engagement, onboarding plans, and executive relationships.
•Coordinate with Shared Services, Education, Onboarding/Technical Services, and Support to address tasks beyond scope and escalate as needed.
•Create and execute a point-of-view to accelerate key use cases into production, coordinating with Professional Services on delivery proposals.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Programming experience in PySpark, SQL or Scala.
•Understanding and hands-on experience of solution architecture-related distributed data and analytics systems.
•5+ years of experience where you have been accountable for delivery of projects in Data, Analytics or AI and where you can contribute to technical debate and design choices with customers.
•Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience through work experience.
