Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you represent the Apparel Dubai brand by maximizing sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, help them select products, promote the loyalty program, and follow the GUEST model. You’ll maintain store standards, support visual merchandising, manage inventory, and handle POS transactions, while staying knowledgeable about brands and product care to drive repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs; convert window shoppers into buyers through proactive engagement.
•Promote the company's loyalty program to encourage repeat sales and follow the GUEST model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
•Stay informed about various brands within the group to offer effective suggestions and cross-selling opportunities, and educate customers on product features, benefits, materials, and care instructions.
•Maintain grooming and professional appearance; stay flexible to work extended hours during peak periods; keep up-to-date on product knowledge to minimize stock loss.
•Ensure products are displayed attractively, adhere to VM guidelines, record inventory, upsell/cross-sell, and maintain knowledge of promotions; operate POS, balance till, and process payments accurately.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with effective communication and interpersonal skills to contribute to a welcoming customer experience; previous sales experience is preferred.
•Flexibility to work extended hours during peak sales periods.
•Strong product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on features, materials, and care instructions.
•Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems for billing and transactions; accurate handling of payments and receipts.
•Ability to maintain store merchandising, inventory records, and stock replenishment while ensuring loss prevention policies are followed.
