Job Summary

Own end-to-end development and implementation of life insurance products across multiple distribution channels, coordinating with Actuarial, IT, Marketing, Sales Channels, Operations, and Legal/Compliance to deliver timely launches. Prepare product documentation and governance materials, lead UAT planning with IT, and run Product Work Group meetings to ensure requirements are met. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform management decisions, and support post-launch maintenance and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end life insurance product development and implementation across distribution channels (Branch, Private Bank, Broker, digital).
•Coordinate cross-department collaboration (Actuarial, IT, Marketing, Sales Channels, Operations, Legal and Compliance) to ensure timely, satisfactory product launches.
•Prepare and review product specifications, approval documents, policy provisions, and benefit illustrations to meet internal governance requirements.
•Participate in Product Work Group meetings, ensure IT development requirements are covered, and review UAT plans while leading testing to support launches.
•Conduct market research and competitive analysis; support ongoing product maintenance and post-launch initiatives, plus ad hoc projects as needed.

Key Requirements

•University degree holder.
•Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in life insurance product development; actuarial science or related background preferred.
•Professional qualification such as ASA or FSA is a plus.
•Self-starter who can navigate complexities and collaborate with stakeholders across levels.
•Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
