Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full responsibility for the end-to-end Sample Management process, coordinating requests, shipping, vendor pick-up, and unit returns.
  • •Train the HA Sales & Marketing team on the Sample Management process.
  • •Perform monthly reconciliation between systems and the warehouse for units and scrapping.
  • •Track units as they leave warehouses and monitor them to their required locations.
  • •Review and process HA invoices, confirming backup documentation and submitting invoices for processing, with backup support for ATL/BTL.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, supply chain, or business).
  • •2 to 5+ years of experience in sample management, laboratory operations, or inventory logistics.
  • •Proficiency with inventory software, database management, and tracking technology such as barcoding and LIMS.
  • •Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and clear communication skills.
  • •Ability to operate within company and regulatory guidelines and handle reporting and ad hoc projects as needed.
