Job Summary

Lead the bid process for the Missile Electronics sector, coordinating activities across ramp-up, production, and R&D. Evaluate new business needs, build and deliver winning technical proposals, align pricing/industrial approach and innovation, and manage multi-stakeholder offer presentations. Negotiate with customers alongside commercial leaders, coordinate offer amendments and subsequent markets, and ensure a smooth transition from bid dossiers to project teams while supporting occasional travel in France and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

•Own bid offer leadership for the Missile Electronics sector across ramp-up, production, and R&D.
•For new activities, evaluate customer needs and build technical proposals with internal teams.
•Define and support the winning response strategy with commercial and product-line leaders (target pricing, industrial setup, technical content, innovation).
•Build and submit offers in line with issued mandates after presenting them to stakeholders (sector level, BL, GBU).
•Organize and pilot cross-functional contributors; support client discussions/negotiations and ensure transition of the bid dossier to the project team.

•Generalist/technical engineering education.
•More than 10 years of experience leading complex bids/offers.
•Demonstrated leadership and ability to take a high-level view on bids.
