Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive program and project performance to meet/exceed client satisfaction and internal KPIs, and lead project/program reviews to improve outcomes.
  • •Ensure governance and risk issues are identified and addressed proactively, and develop solutions to client problems/issues.
  • •Actively integrate enterprise capabilities into delivery, lead process/program improvement, and maintain involvement in billable work.
  • •Share people management responsibilities for approximately 60 department staff, including mentoring/training, succession planning, and evaluating project managers.
  • •Grow profitable backlog by partnering with client and business leadership, developing budgets, leading capture strategies, and escalating operational issues (including resourcing, invoicing/cash collection, and vendor concerns).

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field plus 10 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
