Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their smart home system.
  • •Provide consultative customer interactions while building trust and rapport.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to help ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
