Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform the daily rotation of collections in alignment with Hermès Group Visual Merchandising guidelines with store VM leadership and teams.
  • •Support special events, including product launches, commercial events, and in-store animations.
  • •Create inspiring, dynamic visual displays aligned with the monthly VM schedule.
  • •Coordinate with store teams to ensure correct execution of VM activities and proper arrangement and maintenance of products, pricing, and stock.
  • •Monitor and maintain in-store presentation materials (PLV) and organize/optimize secondary displays to support sales.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in art, design, fashion, or visual merchandising.
  • •Strong aesthetic sensitivity, creative mindset, and high attention to detail.
  • •Understanding of retail dynamics, business challenges, and commercial priorities in a fast-paced store environment.
  • •First experience in a Visual Merchandising role, managing complex assortments in a multi-category or multi-store context.
  • •French and English proficiency required.
