Job Summary

Provide on-site appliance repair and service for customers in the Washington area. Travel daily to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Miele domestic premium appliances using factory training, service manuals, and computerized tools. Level and connect plumbing, gas, and electrical components, install and instruct customers on proper use, maintain service documentation, manage parts inventory, and keep company vehicle and delivery truck in safe working order.

•Travel to customer locations to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Miele equipment using factory training, service manuals, and computerized tools.

•Install and instruct customers on proper use of equipment.
•Complete service calls and warranty documentation accurately and on time.
•Maintain company vehicle and delivery truck safety, and manage parts inventory by ordering replacements and conducting inventories.
