Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to customer locations to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Miele equipment using factory training, service manuals, and computerized tools.
  • •Level and adjust equipment, including plumbing, gas, and electrical connections.
  • •Install and instruct customers on proper use of equipment.
  • •Complete service calls and warranty documentation accurately and on time.
  • •Maintain company vehicle and delivery truck safety, and manage parts inventory by ordering replacements and conducting inventories.
